The HVAC control system begins with the Power Input stage, where incoming AC power is filtered, rectified, and corrected through PFC to create a stable high-voltage DC bus. This feeds into the Power Management section, which generates all required low-voltage supplies for the control electronics.

At the core is the Main MCU/DSP, which runs system algorithms, manages modes, handles safety protections, and communicates with both indoor and outdoor units. It receives data from the Sensor Interface (temperature, pressure, current) and sends commands through the Isolation & Gate Driver Stage to control the 3-phase inverter that drives the compressor motor.

Additional outputs from the MCU control the electronic expansion valve and the outdoor fan for efficient heat exchange. The Communication Interface provides wired or wireless connectivity, while the Indoor Unit/UI handles user controls, thermostat signals, and display functions.
